Jodi Rapaport, president and founder of Jjamz Associates, is a graduate of FIT . She went on to Specialty Stores after gradutaing and then to Henry Doneger resident buying office where she was a buyer of junior dresses. Jodi continued her career in the men's private label market and then became a buyer of young men's clothing at Stern's. Capitalizing on her wholesale/retail, merchandising and marketing history, Jodi became one of the top performance recruiters for Douglas Personnel where she grew and developed her business with Polo Ralph Lauren, Club Monaco, Abercrombie & Fitch, Children's Place, Linen's N Things, and many more.
On November 15th, 2000 , Jodi opened Jjamz Associates, LLC. She prides herself on a commitment to service and performance excellence. Understanding that people are the company’s greatest assets, Jodi has fostered a company of recruitment talent whose core competencies lie with synchronizing a company’s culture, goals, and skill requirements with the skill sets, dispositions and goals of an individual.
