Jjamz Associates conducts a professional recruitment search, providing written detailed job descriptions; conducting thorough, in-person interviews, an overall assessment of skills and culture match; and an extensive screening process to ensure that all candidates meet all minimum requirements. Jjamz associates can meet Saks Fifth Avenue’s requirement of providing 5 viable candidates within the first two weeks of a search.
Reference check procedure
Upon a forthcoming offer, Jjamz ensures that a quality and performance check meets with 3 references for each candidate. Each reference is queried on the candidate’s skills set, reliability and accountability level, interpersonal skills, as well as areas for improvement. Jjamz validates the actual reference through an additional check, and pays very close attention to what is said during the conversation and what is not said. Jjamz then provides a written summary of the reference checks.
